Do you offer services online or in-person? 

Both, but currently only have openings for online sessions. Will update the website when in-person openings become available. 

How do online sessions work? 

A link to the virtual waiting room will be sent via email or text. The meeting will be held virtually using a HIPAA secure platform in a HIPAA compliant way. 

Is everything we discuss confidential? 

Yes, unless state laws and/or ethics mandate to break confidentiality. For example, when suspected or different forms of abuse, and/or neglect of children, elders, and vulnerable adults are evident. Also, if the client(s) may be an immediate danger to themselves or another person. 

What is your cancellation policy? 

Please provide at least 24 hours in advance notice. Without notification, you will be charged for a full session. 

How long are sessions?

Typically 52 minutes. If addressing complex cases with multiple attendees in a family session, it can be as long as 75-80 minutes. This type of longer sessions have an additional charge and usually are not covered by insurances. 

What if I want to do self-pay? 

Credit card payments are accepted for private-pay clients. 

Do you take insurance? 

In network with Aetna, Cigna, Optum in Florida. 

What If I, or someone I know, is going through an active case of Domestic Violence, are you taking these types of cases? 

Not at this time. Will update the website when/if that service becomes available. Stay tuned for updates and resources related to that topic.  

Are you offering premarital counseling? Offering discernment counseling for couples?

No. Currently only work with couples in the context of family dynamics and strengthening the parental dyad or alliance.

What If I, or someone I know, is going through an active case of Substance-Related Disorders, such as Alcohol-Related, Hallucinogen-Related, Inhalant-Related, Opioid-Related, Sedative-, Hypnotic-, or Anxiolytic-Related, Stimulant-Related? Are you taking these types of cases?
